About Brian Williams

Certified Transformational Breath Senior Trainer

Brian has been working with Transformational Breath® since 2012 and found it had such a profound and life-enhancing effect on his own life that, in order to share it, he qualified as a Facilitator in 2014, as a Trainer in 2016 and as a Senior Trainer in 2018. Brian became the Transformational Breath Foundation National Leader for the UK in 2019. He lives with his wife Lucy in Saintfield, County Down, Northern Ireland. Brian had a long, successful career in archaeology in Northern Ireland and taught as a Visiting Professor at the Institute of Archaeology, University College London. He is a long-term meditator and a Quaker and loves to help others to bring calmness and peace into their lives.
